Baked Panko Chicken Breast with Grain Mustard Mayo Sauce
- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 1/2 tbsp *Whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp * Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp * Soy sauce
- 1 *Black pepper
- 5 to 6 tablespoons Panko
- Discard the chicken skin and slice it diagonally into thin pieces.
- Combine the * ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the chicken and mix well.
- Rest it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Put the prepared chicken and panko into a plastic bag.
- Squeeze out the air and tie tightly.
- Shake the plastic bag to coat the chicken with panko.
- Line the baking tray with a piece of foil.
- Arrange the chicken and bake both sides for 6 minutes each.
- Because it is already well flavored, it doesn't need sauce.
