Baked Panko Chicken Breast with Grain Mustard Mayo Sauce

  1. Discard the chicken skin and slice it diagonally into thin pieces.
  2. Combine the * ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add the chicken and mix well.
  4. Rest it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Put the prepared chicken and panko into a plastic bag.
  6. Squeeze out the air and tie tightly.
  7. Shake the plastic bag to coat the chicken with panko.
  8. Line the baking tray with a piece of foil.
  9. Arrange the chicken and bake both sides for 6 minutes each.
  10. Because it is already well flavored, it doesn't need sauce.
