Hamentachen Filling
- 1 pound prunes
- 1 cup raisins, seedless
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/2 each oranges pulp, rind, no seeds
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Cook prunes and remove pits.
- Pour boiling water over raisins and let stand until plump.
- Drain.
- Put prunes, raisins, nuts, and half orange in FP.
- Zap with steel blade.
- Add sugar.
