Grilled Ribeye Steak with Onion Blue Cheese Sauce

  1. Salt and pepper both sides of the steaks.
  2. Grill in 2 tablespoons butter until medium rare.
  3. Saute onions in 4 tablespoons butter over high heat.
  4. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until dark and caramelized.
  5. Reduce heat to simmer and pour in cream.
  6. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until reduced by half.
  7. Stir in blue cheese until melted.
  8. Serve steaks on generous portion of sauce.
  9. Faint.
