Mushroom Ramen
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (any flavor)
- 1 lb sliced wild mushroom
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Soak 1 packet ramen noodles (any flavor) in warm water, 5 minutes; drain.
- Stir-fry 1 pound sliced wild mushrooms and the ramen flavor packet in a cast-iron skillet with vegetable oil, 3 minutes; transfer to a plate.
- Add 1 tablespoon butter and the noodles to the skillet, toss 1 minute, then add the mushrooms.
