Biscuit Pudding Recipe

  1. Crumble biscuits in mixing bowl.
  2. Heat lowfat milk.
  3. Pour over biscuits; let soak a little while.
  4. Beat Large eggs; add in sugar and vanilla.
  5. Mash biscuits with potato masher; add in sugar mix; stir well.
  6. Pour into greased pan, butter preferred.
  7. Bake at about 375 degrees till golden.
