Biscuit Pudding Recipe
- 10 biscuits
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Crumble biscuits in mixing bowl.
- Heat lowfat milk.
- Pour over biscuits; let soak a little while.
- Beat Large eggs; add in sugar and vanilla.
- Mash biscuits with potato masher; add in sugar mix; stir well.
- Pour into greased pan, butter preferred.
- Bake at about 375 degrees till golden.
