Savoury Garlic Beef and Broccoli Turnovers

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp.
  3. milk and garlic until blended.
  4. Reserve 3 Tbsp.
  5. cream cheese mixture.
  6. Brown meat with onions in large skillet.
  7. Add broccoli; cook and stir 3 min.
  8. Stir in flour and pepper.
  9. Add remaining cream cheese mixture and sour cream; cook and stir on low heat 2 min.
  10. or until heated through.
  11. Stack 3 phyllo sheets on work surface, lightly brushing tops of first 2 sheets with margarine.
  12. Cut phyllo stack lengthwise in half with pizza cutter.
  13. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets to make a total of 16 strips.
  14. Spoon 3 Tbsp.
  15. meat filling onto 1 end of 1 phyllo strip, about 1 inch from corner.
  16. Fold over opposite corner to form triangle.
  17. Continue folding, like a flag, to opposite end.
  18. Repeat with remaining phyllo strips.
  19. Place turnovers, seam sides down, on baking sheets; brush with remaining margarine.
  20. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  21. or until golden brown.
  22. Mix reserved cream cheese mixture and milk.
  23. Place turnovers on platter; drizzle with cream cheese mixture.
  24. Sprinkle with parsley.
