Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounce. chocolate chips
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1/3 c. wheat germ
- 1/3 c. shredded coconut
- 1/4 c. honey
- Cream butter till fluffy.
- Add in sugar and vanilla and cream together.
- Add in Large eggs one at a time.
- Mix well.
- Add in flour, cinnamon, salt and baking pwdr.
- Stir in oats, wheat germ, nuts, coconut, honey and mix well.
- Add in chocolate chips.
- Mix well.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
- Makes approximately 60 cookies.
