Wild Oat's Roasted Red Pepper, Feta and Yogurt Dip
- 2 large roasted red peppers
- 8 ounces plain low-fat yogurt
- 13 cup feta, crumbled
- 8 leaves fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, Wild Oats Organic
- 12 teaspoon raw sugar
- Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
