Chocolate Chip Toffee Banana Bread (Low Fat Whole Wheat)

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Combine dry ingredients, and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients and mix into dry.
  4. (Mix by hand, and dont overmix.)
  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan and cook for around 50 minutes.
  6. (If the top is cooked but the inside is still gooey, put tin foil over the top and continue to cook.
  7. ).
  8. After removing from the oven, let cool before slicing.
  9. Freezes well.
