Biscuit Borek Recipe

  1. In a skillet, cook deer burger with the onion till the meat is done.
  2. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Stir in all seasonings and parsley.
  4. On lightly floured wax paper, roll out biscuits into 6 inch circles.
  5. Put 3 or possibly 4 Tbsp.
  6. mix in center of each biscuit roll, fold over and seal edges with fork tines, or possibly moisten edges with water and crimp to seal.
  7. In a large clean skillet, add in a thin coat of veg.
  8. oil.
  9. Heat to medium warm.
  10. Lightly brown on each side, adding oil as necessary.
  11. Serve warm.
