Grilled Spicy Squid
- 450 grams Fresh squid
- 3 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp Paprika
- Clean the squid and remove the cartilage.
- Peel off the outer skin.
- Cut open along the middle of the squid.Score the surface of diamond patterns.
- Chop the chilli.
- Mix in garlic,olive oil,white wine vinegar,and paprika.
- Mix in the squid and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Grease the grill pan.Place squid on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes until cooked.Cut into pieces and serve.
