Cajun Shrimp & Corn Bisque

• 4 cups 1% low-fat milk
• 2 cups diced peeled baking potatoes
• 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cans cream-style corn
• 1 lb large shrimp

1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a dutch oven& bring to a boil.
2. Add corn and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and cook for 3 more minutes.
4. Enjoy!
