Blouie's Lemon Dessert Recipe
- 2 c. crushed crackers
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can lemon pudding
- 1 c. cream
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- Combine crackers and 1/4 c. sugar; add in butter.
- Reserve 1/4 c..
- Put in 9 x 13 pan.
- Beat egg whites, beat in vanilla; add in 1 c. sugar.
- Spread over mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 18 min.
- Cold.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar.
- After dessert has cooled, spread pudding over mix and top with the cream mix.
