Blouie's Lemon Dessert Recipe

  1. Combine crackers and 1/4 c. sugar; add in butter.
  2. Reserve 1/4 c..
  3. Put in 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Beat egg whites, beat in vanilla; add in 1 c. sugar.
  5. Spread over mix.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 min.
  7. Cold.
  8. Whip cream with powdered sugar.
  9. After dessert has cooled, spread pudding over mix and top with the cream mix.
