Mom's Best Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes in their jackets until fork tender--cool, peel and chop.
  2. Boil eggs, then cool, peel and chop.
  3. Put in the regigerator for a couple of hours, or overnight, to cool.
  4. Mix all ingrdients with mayonnaise and a dash of sugar.
  5. When all mixed together, top with one sliced hard-boiled egg.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley flakes.
