The ultimate burger

  1. Soak the bread in yoghurt, mixing with a fork until it is completely fine
  2. Add the mustard and garlic and mix through.
  3. Place the mince and feta in a big mixing bowl, add the bread mixture and mix with a fork.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Be careful not to overmix the mince
  6. Shape the mince mixture into 6 palmsize patties.
  7. Refrigerate for 10 minutes
  8. Heat 15ml olive oil in a frying pan and fry 3 of the patties for 7 minutes on both sides until golden and cooked through.
  9. Repeat with the rest of the patties
