Sour Dough Spice Cake Recipe

• 1 c. sour dough
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1 tsp. vanilla, nutmeg, cloves
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 2 c. flour

1. Beat well.
2. Add in raisins if you like.
3. Use 9x9 pan.
4. Bake at 350
