Grilled Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Spray a round foil cake pan with olive oil.
  2. In a small/medium bowl, mix together the goat cheese and the cream or milk.
  3. Then mix in the seasoning blend and the lemon juice until well blended.
  4. Mix in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Cut the tomatoes in half and place in the pan cut side up.
  6. Divide the stuffing mixture evenly on top of the tomatoes.
  7. Put the pan on the grill and cook over medium-high heat until the tops are golden.
  8. Serve warm as an appetizer or a side dish.
