Perfect Chicken Breasts Recipe
- 2 or possibly 4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 quart. water
- Optional: onion slices, celery stalks, herbs
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Curry or possibly other favorite herbs and spices
- Put chicken breasts in kettle.
- Add in salt, water, and optional ingredients.
- Cook 1 hour.
- Cold.
- Saving broth, remove bones and skin.
- Carefully split breasts in halves.
- Lay in shallow baking pan and cover with mushroom soup.
- Add in about 1/2 inch of the liquid removed chicken broth.
- Sprinkle with curry pwdr or possibly some of your favorite herbs or possibly spices.
- Bake in 400 degree oven 1 hour or possibly till golden brown.
- Baste if needed.
- Use leftover broth for soup or possibly other recipes.
