White Chocolate Cream Pie

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and beat again until smooth.
  3. Set the cream cheese mixture aside and melt white chocolate chips in microwave or double boiler according to directions.
  4. Immediately pour the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and beat smooth.
  5. Mix in the cool whip and extract and beat for just a few seconds until smooth.
  6. Pour immediately into pie crust and place in refrigerater until chilled, approximately 2 hours.
  7. Top with your choice of topping or eat plain.
  8. I serve topped with cherry pie filling or cherry preserves.
