Dublin Corned Beef Dinner Recipe

  1. Combine potatoes and 1 c. of water in a skillet.
  2. Cover and cook for 5 min.
  3. Push potatoes to center.
  4. Cut cabbage into 6 wedges.
  5. Arrange around potatoes.
  6. Cover and cook 10 min.
  7. Slice corned beef in 6 slices.
  8. Arrange over potatoes.
  9. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salad dressing.
  10. Spoon over corned beef.
  11. Heat slightly and serve.
