Dublin Corned Beef Dinner Recipe
- 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 sm. cabbage, cored
- 1 (12 ounce.) can corned beef
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. French dressing
- Combine potatoes and 1 c. of water in a skillet.
- Cover and cook for 5 min.
- Push potatoes to center.
- Cut cabbage into 6 wedges.
- Arrange around potatoes.
- Cover and cook 10 min.
- Slice corned beef in 6 slices.
- Arrange over potatoes.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salad dressing.
- Spoon over corned beef.
- Heat slightly and serve.
