Fish Fried Rice
- 2 slice pollack fillet or any fish
- 3 eggs
- 1 deseeded red chili pepper
- 1 deseeded green chili pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 2 cup cooked white rice
- COOK RICE
- Cook rice as usual then fluff up rice and set aside
- PAN FRIED FISH
- With oil pan fried pollack fish till lightly brown and crispy then drain and set aside
- FISH FRIED RICE
- With oil ad beaten eggs with red and green chili pepper then add cooked white rice and light soy sauce
- Stir fry to mix then add fried fish and add seasoning and stir fry till all mix well
