Raspberry butter sauce

  1. Add water and raspberries to a pot.
  2. Cook till tender.
  3. Mash the berries
  4. Strain the berries squeezing the juices ou through a sieve.
  5. In a pot add quarter cup of water.
  6. Add juices back to pot.
  7. Then add butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener
  8. When the butter is melted bring to a boil add chardonnay or juice.
  9. Simmer let reduce.
  10. When it thickens add vinegar, then its ready.
  11. Let cool I put into a heat resistant measuring cup the butter will separate.
  12. Pour the clear butter off.
  13. Serve with veggies, lamb steaks, pork, chicken and so on.
