Raspberry butter sauce
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 tbsp sweetener, I used stevia
- 1/4 tsp Hersheys dark cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chardonnay or juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp roasted garlic infused red wine vinegar
- Add water and raspberries to a pot.
- Cook till tender.
- Mash the berries
- Strain the berries squeezing the juices ou through a sieve.
- In a pot add quarter cup of water.
- Add juices back to pot.
- Then add butter, cocoa powder, salt, and sweetener
- When the butter is melted bring to a boil add chardonnay or juice.
- Simmer let reduce.
- When it thickens add vinegar, then its ready.
- Let cool I put into a heat resistant measuring cup the butter will separate.
- Pour the clear butter off.
- Serve with veggies, lamb steaks, pork, chicken and so on.
