5-Minute Citrus Chicken Salad
- 8 cups baby spinach leaves
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast (about 3/4 lb.)
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Pecan Pieces
- Toss spinach, chicken, oranges, mushrooms and bacon in large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving; toss lightly.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
