Jeannes Pot Roast

- 4 pounds Pot Roast
- 1 jar (12 Oz. Jar) Heinz Chili Sauce
- 1 bottle (12 Oz. Size) Guinness Beer
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 2 cups Carrots, Cubed
- 4 whole Potatoes, Cubed
- Salt and pepper the roast then place it in a pot or crock pot.
- Pour in chili sauce and beer.
- If using a crockpot, add vegetables, cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- If using the oven, cook at 250 degrees F, then add vegetables after 2 hours.
- Cook for another 2-3 hours.
- My stepmom gave me this recipe.
