Homemade Brat Patties

  1. Combine all 10 seasonings in a small bowl, mix very well.
  2. In a large bowl,add all the ground pork.sprinkle on some seasonings,mix well.repeat untill all seasonings are combined very well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. Make 1/3 pound patties,fry or grill 3 -5 min.
  5. A side should make about 15 patties eat some freeze some.what ever you wish.

ground pork, sugar, ground corriander, ground sage, paprika, cayenne pepper, ground rosemary, mustard, ground black pepper, nutmeg, kosher salt
