Mushroom Sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) package baby portabella mushrooms
- olive oil
- 14 cup steak sauce
- 14 cup dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Saute mushrooms in a little olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat for 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
- In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and add to mushrooms.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minute Serve over beef.
