Mushroom Sauce

  1. Saute mushrooms in a little olive oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat for 5 mins., stirring occasionally.
  2. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients and add to mushrooms.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minute Serve over beef.
