Strawberry lassi recipe

• 100 g (3.5oz) strawberries
• 200 ml (7fl oz) full fat plain yoghurt
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 handful ice cubes, to serve

1. Place all the ingredients except the ice in a jug blender.
2. Blitz until smooth and frothy.
3. Serve over ice.
