Mexican-Style Meatballs in Red Sauce

  1. Place tortilla pieces and milk in large bowl; let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients except red sauce and broth.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  4. Heat red sauce and broth to boiling in 10-inch skillet; reduce heat.
  5. Add meatballs.
  6. Cover and simmer until done, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring/turning occasionally.
  7. Serve with beans and rice.
  8. Note: for a wonderful red sauce, try using Rich and Flavorful Enchilada Sauce #103145!
