Cheesecake Recipe
- 4 8-ounce packages cream cheese (32 ounces total)
- 5 Egglands Best eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 16 paper muffin cups
- 16 ounces of sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- pre-made refrigerated crust
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Beat all the ingredients.
- Mold the crust into the cups according to package instructions.
- Fill paper muffin cups.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- While baking, make the topping.
- Mix together the topping ingredients and add 1 tablespoon to each cup and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Cover with any fruit of your choice.
