Savory Island Fajitas

  1. Pour pineapple juice over flank steak in non-metallic dish.
  2. Cover, marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator.
  3. Discard marinade.
  4. Grill or broil steak with peppers, onion for 15 minutes for medium rare or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Divide steak and vegetables and cheese among 4 flour tortillas.
  6. Roll up.
