- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- 4 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 4 bottles cold bitter lemon soda, such as Fever-Tree
- 4 lemon twists, for garnish
- Shake sugar, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons hot tap water in a cocktail shaker until sugar dissolves.
- Strain into Champagne flutes.
- Top with the bitter lemon.
- Garnish with twists.
