Cowboy Kabobs

  1. Combine steak sauce, barbecue sauce and horseradish; set aside.
  2. Thread 2 steak pieces onto each of 72 small wooden skewers (or 18 skewers for trial recipe).
  3. Thread 1 pearl onion or 1 green pepper piece onto 1 end of each kabob.
  4. Place kabobs in shallow non-reactive container.
  5. Pour steak sauce mixture over kabobs; cover.
  6. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Grill kabobs over medium heat 4 to 6 min.
  9. for medium doneness (160F), turning occasionally.
