Cowboy Kabobs
- 2 cups A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 3 qt. beef top round steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.77 thru 02/09
- 36 each pearl onions
- 4 each large green peppers, each cut into 9 strips
- Combine steak sauce, barbecue sauce and horseradish; set aside.
- Thread 2 steak pieces onto each of 72 small wooden skewers (or 18 skewers for trial recipe).
- Thread 1 pearl onion or 1 green pepper piece onto 1 end of each kabob.
- Place kabobs in shallow non-reactive container.
- Pour steak sauce mixture over kabobs; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
- Remove kabobs from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill kabobs over medium heat 4 to 6 min.
- for medium doneness (160F), turning occasionally.
