Chriss Crockpot (or not) Chili
- 2 pounds Ground Beef (or Turkey Would Be Just As Good)
- 1 whole Large Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Smashed Or Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 2 Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 whole Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Adobo Sauce (from Can)
- 2 whole Red Bell Peppers, Diced
- 1 can (28 Oz. Size) Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (28 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 2 cans 16 Oz. Size Red Kidney Beans
- Brown ground beef and drain, add to a crock pot.
- Saute onion and garlic, add to the crock pot.
- Mix the spices in so the warmth of the meat releases their goodness!
- Add all other ingredients and cook on low 68 hours.
- Serve with shredded cheese, chives and sour cream!
- We like to use tostitos chips to dip/scoop!
- (You can also use the same recipe on the stove, just let simmer for at least 30 minutes to an hour once all ingredients are in the pot!)
