Orange-Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom and 1-1/2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  6. Add liqueur and zest; mix well.
  7. Remove 2 cups batter; place in medium bowl.
  8. Add melted chocolate; mix well.
  9. Pour remaining batter over crust.
  10. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter over plain batter.
  11. Cut through batters with knife several times for marble effect.
  12. Bake 55 min.
  13. to 1 hour or until centre is almost set.
  14. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
  15. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
