Easy Praline Spiced Pumpkin Pie
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder, divided
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Pumpkin Spice Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat.
- Stir in nuts, sugar and 1/4 tsp.
- five-spice powder.
- Bring to boil.
- Cook and stir 30 sec.
- Spread onto bottom of crust.
- Cool.
- Beat pudding mixes, remaining five-spice powder, milk and vanilla in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- (Mixture will be thick.)
- Stir in half of the COOL WHIP.
- Spread over nut layer in crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Top with remaining COOL WHIP before serving.
