  1. with pam saute onion garlic and celery until limp.
  2. in saucepan whisk flour and stock ,bring to a boil
  3. cook until thickened add herbs and spices
  4. add frozen veggies
  5. add sauteed veggies
  6. add turkey
  7. fold in
  8. preheat oven to 425
  9. put into bottom deep dish pie shell
  10. top with other pie crust
  11. brush with egg sprinkle salt on top
  12. bake 30 minutes or until browned.
