Healthy Yogurt and Fruit Breakfast

  1. Pour vanilla yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Add berries to yogurt.
  3. If you are using frozen berries, defrost them for 1/2 to 1 minute in the microwave and drain off excess liquid.
  4. Stir in walnuts.
  5. Enjoy!
