Gorgonzola Salad Dressing / Dip

• 34 cup gorgonzola, crumbled
• 34 cup mayonnaise
• 14 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
• 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
• 1 pinch white pepper

1. Mix all ingredients together with hand mixer.
2. Refrigerate to blend flavors.
3. Use as dip or salad dressing.
