Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry
- 12 oz. whole-grain or artichoke-flour pasta
- 12 oz. lean ground chicken
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- .13 tsp. Pepper
- 4 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 c. frozen peas
- 1 c. lower-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 c. basil leaves
- Cook pasta as label directs.
- Heat 12-inch skillet on high until very hot.
- Coat ground chicken with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with 1/8 teaspooon salt and pepper.
- Cook 3 minutes or until browned, stirring.
- Add garlic and red pepper.
- Cook 1 minute, stirring.
- Add frozen peas, chicken broth, basil leaves, pasta, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- Toss to combine.
