Salmon Salad on Philly Toasts

  1. Lightly toast one side of the bread under a hot grill.
  2. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, gently combine salmon, chickpeas, cucumber, onion, dressing and seasonings.
  4. Spread toasts with Philly*, top with sprouts and salmon mixture.
  5. Pour over a little extra dressing.
  6. Serve immediately.
