Salmon Salad on Philly Toasts
- 8 thick slices bread
- 415g can pink/ red salmon, drained, and flaked
- 300g can chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, finely sliced
- 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup KRAFT FREE* Balsamic Italian Dressing
- black pepper & salt
- 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- snow pea sprouts, to serve
- Lightly toast one side of the bread under a hot grill.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, gently combine salmon, chickpeas, cucumber, onion, dressing and seasonings.
- Spread toasts with Philly*, top with sprouts and salmon mixture.
- Pour over a little extra dressing.
- Serve immediately.
