Mini Holiday House

  1. Royal Icing: Beat meringue powder, cream of tartar and warm water in large bowl with mixer on high speed until well blended.
  2. Gradually add icing sugar, beating on low speed after each addition until well blended.
  3. Beat on high speed 5 min.
  4. or until stiff peaks form.
  5. House: Use small amount of Royal Icing to attach 2 wafers to each other in "V" shape for roof of house.
  6. Stand 1 of the remaining wafers on sheet of waxed paper.
  7. Attach to 1 of the bottom edges of roof with additional icing for side wall.
  8. Repeat for second side wall.
  9. Use additional icing to attach remaining wafer to bottoms of walls for the floor.
  10. Stand house upright.
  11. Spread or pipe icing onto floor inside house; sprinkle with coloured sugar.
  12. Stand Teddy Grahams in house, using additional icing if necessary, to secure.
  13. Attach candies to peak of roof with icing.
  14. Decorate roof with remaining icing.
  15. Let stand until icing is set.
