Bick's BBQ Sliders

  1. BURGERS: Heat oil in a small skillet.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
  3. Cool mixture before adding to the ground chicken.
  4. Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Add cooled onion mixture.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Divide mixture into 24 mini burgers about 1/2-inch thick.
  8. Grill sliders about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  9. DIPPING SAUCE: Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  10. This can be made ahead of time, and stored in the refrigerator.
  11. TO ASSEMBLE: Take skewer, slide on 1 Yum Yum Pickle slice, 1 Slider, 1 Yum Yum pickle slice, 1 slider, 1 yum Yum pickle slice, 1 slider and end with 1 Yum Yum pickle slice.
  12. Continue with the remaining skewers.
  13. Serve with dipping sauce.
  14. TIP: Onion and garlic mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator for your convenience.
