Cheese sausage quiche

• 1 quiche shell, 9 inches
• 1 cup swiss cheese - grated
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese - grated
• 3 eggs - beaten
• 1/2 cup half-and-half
• 1/2 cup sausage - chopped
• 1/2 cup tomato - chopped
• 3/4 cup onion - chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

1. Saute onion until tender.
2. Place sausage, onion, tomato and cheeses in pie shell.
3. Blend together eggs, cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
4. Pour over mixture in quiche shell.
5. Bake at 375F.
6. for 45 minutes, or until mixture is firm and light brown.
