Cinnamon Oatmeal Breakfast Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine first three ingredients and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon in large bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix together next seven ingredients until well combined.
  4. Add to dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
  5. Pour mixture into a lightly oiled 8 inch square baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  7. Bake 30-35 minutes.
  8. A toothpick inserted in the middle should come out clean.
  9. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes.
  10. Cut into 12 squares.
