Bietoli e Spinaci Pomodori - Swiss Chard and Spinach with Tomatoes

  1. Heat just enough oil to cover the bottom of a large skillet or pot.
  2. Saute garlic and tomatoes for a few minutes.
  3. Add spinach and chard.
  4. Add enough wine to steam greens.
  5. Steam until wilted but not mushy, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
