Chicken Cheese Ball
- 2 blocks (8 Oz) Cream Cheese
- 1 can 8 Oz White Meat Chicken
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch Dip
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Allow cream cheese to soften.
- Drain the chicken and add all other ingredients to softened cream cheese.
- Mix well and form in to a ball.
- Make sure you get the Hidden Valley Ranch Dip packet.
- It seems to have much heartier flavor than the dressing packet.
- This goes really well with crackers, pretzels and corn chips.
- Its a huge hit every time I make it.
