Gluten Free Ginger Berry Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Grease an 8 X 8 inch baking dish.
  3. Place the berries and the ginger in the baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, oil or butter, vanilla and syrup and mix until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping over the berries.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until slightly browned.
  7. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
