Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Blend soup, lowfat milk and dash of pepper in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
- alternate layers of potatoes, onion soup mix and cheese.
- Dot top with butter, sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
- Bake 15 min more or possibly till done.
