Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe
- 8 ounce. noodles, cooked
- 3 c. chicken, cooked and diced
- 2 c. chicken broth, thicken
- 2 tbsp. green pepper
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. corn flakes or possibly potato chips
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Cook chicken and dice, reserving liquid.
- Thicken liquid with flour.
- Saute/fry pepper and onion in small amount of butter till tender.
- Add in all ingredients except corn flakes.
- Crush corn flakes and top casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
