Spicy Cucumber and Cellophane Noodle Salad

  1. Cut the cucumber into 4 pieces, and bash them up with a rolling pin.
  2. Rehydrate and chop the wood ear mushrooms.
  3. Boil the harusame noodles and cut into easy to eat lengths.
  4. Shred the crab sticks.
  5. Put the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
  6. Add the Step 1 ingredients and mix.
  7. Transfer to serving plates and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
